Dear brothers and sisters, Greetings to each one of you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ .
God the Father was so merciful to save us through faith in His son and gave us His Holy Spirit to teach and lead us in the Way of Truth.
I want to remind you with all urgency that we have very little time for preparation. Very difficult times are almost upon us. Remember Lot’s wife, our Lord reminded. Even after receiving so much from the Lord through the angels of God, even after being adequately warned, she was lost in the world.
The panic and struggle of the last one month over ‘money’ reveals where the heart of people are. Where their trust is! We will be left where our heart is.
Our Lord warned: ‘Be on your guard , you will be hated, but the one who endures to the end, he will be saved. But take heed; behold I have told you everything in advance. Take heed,stay on the alert, watch.‘ What I am telling , He said , I am telling to all, stay on the alert. He cannot warn us more clearly than this.
Majority of Christians have dangerously conformed with the world. Every reference for their life comes from the world. They have, so we must have. They enjoy like that, we must be like them. They live like that, what is wrong in that , it is all given by God for us to enjoy.
“They did not destroy the peoples, As the LORD commanded them, [35] But they mingled with the nations And learned their practices, [36] And served their idols, Which became a snare to them. [37] They even sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons,” Psalm 106:34-37 NASB
(The worship of knowledge and wealth and the control of these over life is at a very dangerous level)
People will be lovers of money, lovers self,and lovers of pleasure in the last days.
Come out from every form of compromise.
“Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? [16] Or what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; just as God said, “I WILL dwell IN THEM AND walk AMONG THEM; AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD, AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE. [17] “Therefore, come OUT FROM THEIR MIDST AND BE SEPARATE,” says the Lord. “AND DO NOT TOUCH WHAT IS UNCLEAN; And I will welcome you. [18] “And I will be a father to you, And you shall be sons and daughters to Me,” Says the Lord Almighty.” 2 Corinthians 6:14, 16-18 NASB
New wine cannot be in old wine skin. Our inside and outside must be sincerely same. Without holiness no one will see the Holy God who is light.
May the Lord continue to draw you closer to Him and also keep you from compromising with the world.
